Shipping Info
Orders are shipped directly from the Engel Puppen factory in Roedental, Germany to your front door by UPS Express Service (2-3 business days). Since a consolidation service is used, you are charged a flat shipping fee of $35 regardless of the weight or how many dolls you order. The charge is on a per address basis. If your order total is $400 or more, shipping is free. You will never be subjected to customs or duty charges or any import taxes. All of this is already taken care of. Tracking numbers are sent to you by email as soon as we receive them from Germany. The next ship dates leaving Germany are as follows: - September 14th
- October 19th
- November 18th
- December 20th
We must have your order received at minimum 3 business days before the listed ship dates. Return Policy:
You may cancel your order within two weeks after it has been placed. We offer a 30 day return policy on all items from the day you received it. Items must be returned in store bought condition. If your item was received damaged, please contact us as soon as you can for a replacement or refund. Shipping is not refundable unless your order was received damaged.
